Where the ranges come from

The ranges are based on VIC market averages for common plumbing jobs, adjusted for the kind of property and how quickly you need us. They're a genuine guide, not a bait price — but no one can quote a job properly without seeing it. See our pricing page for typical job ranges.

Your fixed price is confirmed on site

When we arrive, we take a proper look and give you a fixed price in writing before we touch a thing. You read it and decide. If something genuinely changes once we start, we stop, show you, and only continue once you've agreed to a new written price. No silent extras.

Why we ask about property and urgency

A blocked drain in a single-storey house is a different job to the same problem in an apartment block with a shared sewer stack, so property type changes the range. Urgency matters because weekend and after-hours call-outs cost more than a weekday visit. If it can safely wait until a weekday, we'll tell you — it'll save you money. If it can't, we answer 24/7.

Call-out fees

• $55 weekdays (Mon–Fri 7am–5pm) — comes off the invoice if you go ahead
• $185 weekends (Sat & Sun 7am–5pm)
• $275 after-hours and public holidays
